Tidewire keeps the clock
Implied consent from a purchase lasts 2 years, and from an inquiry 6 months. Tidewire flags contacts before they expire.
Every send is checked
Bulk sends skip anyone without valid consent, and consent is checked again at the moment each text goes out.
